About the Story
Glasses With a Chance of Delinquent, also known by its Japanese title Megane, Tokidoki, Yankee-kun, follows Hiro Momose, a high school student who simply wants to enjoy a peaceful school life.
Momose has had unpleasant experiences with delinquents and wants nothing to do with troublemakers. However, she soon meets Dan Ichikura, a quiet student who wears glasses and appears to be a model student.
There is one problem: Ichikura was actually a notorious delinquent during junior high school.
Although he insists that he has changed, his old personality occasionally comes out when trouble starts. Momose ends up keeping his past a secret, bringing the two closer together in an unusual school romance.
